Teachers' Day Celebration

Hello there. Once again, I’m back to blogging! Today, we had our teachers’ day celebration. They managed to squeeze in the aces day workout too. It didn’t rain today, unfortunately
:( I was wishing that it would, though.(cause I didn’t feel like doing the aces day workout and I also didn’t want to change into my track pants. Mostly cause I didn’t want to change into my track pants.) Well, nevermind. By the way, my science teacher looked really funny doing the workout, and he was really enthusiastic about it.

During the teachers’ day celebration, we started the party without our teacher. F.Y.I, in my school, the upper sec celebrate it by watching a concert, while the lower sec has a class party. So anyway, it was quite fun, the musical chairs and dog and bone. The food was real nice too. We had a chocolate fondue (see below) and other stuff like hotdogs, bee hoon etc. Then 4 of my classmates performed a song (gosh, I can’t believe I forgot the title). We also had a cake (or brownie?) baked by our very own classmate. And I’m sure he had some help from his mum and brother.

All good things come to an end. Whether you believe it or not, it’s true. Soon the party ended and we all arranged the chairs back and waited patiently for our progress cards. Gosh. To me, I feel I did really badly. Considering I want to go to THAT class next year, I guess I better buck up.

Okie. After dismissal, I went to JE library to return my really overdue books, the kite runner(it’s a real nice book) and also the city of joy, which I didn’t even get to read. And I’m talking overdue as in more than a month. Anyway, I then journeyed back home( I was accompanied by a friend, by the way) and prepared to practice math.

I felt really guilty about wanting to watch anime even after seeing my result(and someone else’s too. grr) so I drowned myself in math. I practiced math today for nearly five hours straight with very little breaks in between. I felt THAT guilty and as you can see, I’m really serious when it come to my results. I managed to cover one tutorial. And so I decided to reward myself with anime after spending nearly five grueling hours doing math. I’m actually waiting for it to load on youtube and now it’s finished loading so I have go. Best of luck in everything you do and good things are sure to be bestowed upon you!

P.S Here are some photos to keep you occupied.

It's over.
The 10th year anniversary for SJAB, jurongville corps, i mean.
Overall, the whole thing wasn't THAT bad.And...i finally got promoted to LCP after waiting for like more than a year!woohoo!

K.Now abt something else. i havn't been going for aikido for like two weeks and i'm already missing the dojo. Ah, common test 2...I saw Pei Qi wearing a tube today.Haha.But i must admit she looked kinda pretty, though. And yes, she did cover up a bit with the aid of a jacket. Mr. Thomas also said he would sponsor us to go to England if we manage to get a gold. But get a gold in what? see, it pays not to listen carefully. But hontoni, England!!!woohoo.must train hard.harder.Gambakte ne mingna!( is that how it's said?)
well, enough of that.

Public Duty at Japanese Garden

Today was a real spoiler.Usually i just love rainy days but today...ah well.Cross-country was supposed to be held today at Japanese Garden but it was canceled due to the heavy rain.At least my public duty hours were still counted, even though we dint really do much except sit, chat and shiver.Literally.I was shivering so much because of the cold weather. One of my seniors was damn annoying and irritating. She was trying to act like a big shot as usual. I saw Mr Thomas at the tent we were taking cover in, and he dint look too happy. I guess i have nothing more to say.Really.

P.S. hot dog buns are nice!
